Before we ship, we need to process your order:

- In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day
- Pre-Orders/Made-to-Order: Processing time mentioned on the product page
- Bulk Orders: May require 2-3 days for quality checks and packaging
- Verification: First-time orders or high-value purchases may need address/identity verification

Delivery Process
What to expect when your order arrives:
📍 Address Verification
- Ensure your delivery address is complete with landmark, pincode, and contact number
- The delivery person may call to confirm your location or timing
- Please answer calls from unknown numbers during your delivery window
👤 Receiving Your Order
- You or any adult family member can receive the package
- Valid ID proof may be required for verification (especially for high-value items)
- Sign the delivery receipt after accepting the package
📦 Package Inspection
- Inspect Before Accepting: Check the outer packaging for any visible damage
- If the package looks tampered or damaged, you can refuse delivery
- Open and check the product in front of the delivery person if possible
- For electronics, check the product, accessories, and seal condition
- Report any issues immediately - this helps with faster resolution
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Prefer to pay when you receive your order? We've got you covered!
COD Availability
- COD is available for most pincodes across India
- Maximum COD order value: ₹25,000 (higher values require online payment)
- COD may not be available for certain high-value electronics or luxury items
- First-time customers may have COD limits for security reasons
COD Charges
- Small COD handling fee of ₹25 may apply (subject to order value)
- Orders above ₹999 usually have no COD charges
- Exact amount displayed at checkout
Payment Tips
- Keep exact change ready for smooth delivery
- UPI payments to delivery partner are accepted in most locations
- Get a proper receipt after payment
- COD refusals affect your account - only choose COD if you're sure about the purchase
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery person can't reach you or complete the delivery:
What Happens?
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- You'll receive a call/SMS before each attempt
- If no one is available, a "delivery attempted" notice is left
Rescheduling Delivery
- Contact the courier using the tracking number to reschedule
- Or call our support team - we'll coordinate with the courier for you
- You can request delivery at a specific time slot (subject to courier availability)
Self-Pickup Option
- If home delivery is inconvenient, you can pick up from the nearest courier office
- Carry a valid ID and order details for verification
- Pickup must be done within 3 days of the failed delivery notice
Return to Seller (RTO)
- After 3 failed attempts or if pickup deadline is missed, the order returns to us
- You'll receive a refund minus return shipping charges
- To avoid RTO, please respond to delivery calls/messages promptly
Damaged or Tampered Packages
We pack every order with care, but sometimes damage occurs during transit:
If You Notice Damage
- Before Accepting: If the package looks severely damaged or tampered, refuse delivery
- After Accepting: If you notice damage after opening, take photos immediately
- Report Within 24 Hours: Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Quick Resolution: We'll arrange a replacement or refund without hassle

- Fragile items get extra cushioning and "Handle with Care" labels
- Electronics are double-boxed for added protection

- Remote Locations: Limited courier frequency to certain areas
- Address Issues: Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Customs Clearance: For any imported products (rare cases)
What We Do
- We'll notify you immediately if there's a delay
- Provide updated delivery estimates
- Work with courier partners to expedite delivery
- Offer regular updates until your package is delivered
If the delay is excessive and you no longer need the product, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Multiple Items in One Order
Ordered several items together? Here's what to expect:
- Same Warehouse: Items from the same warehouse are shipped together
- Different Warehouses: May arrive in separate packages on different days
- Partial Shipments: You'll get separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- Pre-Order + In-Stock: In-stock items ship first; pre-orders ship when available
- No Extra Charges: You don't pay additional shipping for split shipments
Gift Orders & Packaging
Sending a gift? Make it special!
- Select the "Gift" option during checkout
- We'll pack it beautifully with gift wrapping (free or nominal charge)
- Invoices won't be included in gift packages (sent separately to your email)

- Delivered to the recipient's address - surprise them!

Currently, we ship only within India. However:
