  • Returns are free for defective or wrong items shipped
  • For change of mind returns, a small pickup fee may apply

✗ Non-Returnable Products

  • Personal care items (perfumes, cosmetics, hygiene products) if opened
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Software or digital products once activated/downloaded
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Perishable goods and consumables
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

🔧 Defective or Damaged Product

If your product arrived damaged or doesn't work properly, we'll replace it or provide a full refund immediately. Just share photos of the defect when initiating the return.

📦 Wrong Product Delivered

Received something different from what you ordered? Our mistake! We'll send the correct item right away and arrange a free pickup of the wrong product.

📏 Size/Fit Issues (Clothing & Accessories)

Wrong size? No problem! Exchange it for the right size (subject to availability) or get a refund. The product must be unworn with tags intact.

🎨 Product Not as Described

If the product significantly differs from the description or images on our website, you can return it. Minor color variations due to screen settings are normal.

💭 Changed Your Mind

We understand! You can return unopened, unused products within 7 days. A small pickup fee may apply, and the product must be in perfect resalable condition.

Refund Methods & Timeline

Once your return is approved, here's how you'll get your money back:

  • Bank Transfer/Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Wallet Refund: Instant credit to your SGM Connect wallet (can be used for future purchases)
  • UPI Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Bank transfer to your provided account (7-10 business days)

What Gets Refunded?

  • Full product price for defective/wrong items
  • Product price minus applicable deductions for change-of-mind returns
  • Shipping charges (if you were wrongly charged or received a defective product)
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons used will be restored to your account

Note: Deductions may apply for:

  • Pickup charges (for non-defective returns)
  • Depreciation if the product is not in original condition
  • Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging components

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or variant? We've got you covered!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Follow the same return process and mention you want an exchange
  • We'll ship the replacement item once we receive and verify the original product
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (on defective/wrong items)

  • No physical damage, scratches, or dents

👕 Fashion & Apparel

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • No perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains

🍳 Appliances & Kitchen Items

  • Must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories
  • Demonstration or testing is acceptable, but no actual usage
  • Warranty cards and instruction manuals must be included

Cancellations

Changed your mind before the product is shipped? No problem!

  • You can cancel orders anytime before shipment
  • Full refund for cancelled orders (processed in 3-5 business days)
  • Once shipped, you'll need to follow the return process
